Vanilla essential oil is composed of vanillin and vanillic acid in particular.
Its different molecules give it the following main properties:
nervous rebalancing, relaxing, nervous stimulant +++: Vanilla essential oil is known to act on the psycho-emotional level. It is indicated in cases of anxiety, depression, overwork or even problems falling asleep.
skin regenerating +++: Vanilla essential oil has skin regeneration properties. It helps fight against dry, damaged and dull skin.
aphrodisiac ++: as a nervous balancer, Vanilla essential oil is used as an aphrodisiac in the case of sexual fatigue.
carminative, aperitif +: Vanilla essential oil is known to offer beneficial properties to the digestive system. It helps relieve intestinal transit by promoting the expulsion of gas. While toning the digestive system it stimulates the appetite.
